Kids' Club!  Having downsized myself,  I  felt  firsthand  the physical  demands  and  emotional  upheaval   that sellers often experience . The night before a showing I would race around to tidy up, vacuum, clean the bathrooms and empty the garbage cans, after which I would fall asleep exhausted.  On the morning of a showing   I would wake at an ungodly hour to clean the litter box and cage the cats. I would then rush off to work, hoping that my husband would remember my instructions on how to make the bed appear as if it was in a magazine.  Empty nesters, our offspring long gone, the impact of downsizing overwhelmed us.   The stress of moving when children are involved is magnified tenfold.  It is for this reason that Rave Re:view  Kids’ Club was conceived.

With years of teaching  under my belt,  ‘mother’  to 20 plus youngsters,  all of us  housed in a  crowded classroom , I learned how to motivate children to actively participate in the upkeep of a  multi functional living’ space,  through membership in the 'Tidy Up  Club.'  

Let me share the tricks of the trade with you as I invite your younger children to become members of Rave Re:view Kids’ Club.  I have incentives up my sleeve to encourage older children and teenagers to help you maintain a tidy living space as well, during this very stressful time in your family’s life.
