Home Staging.
Step 1: The Consult

A trained certified stager does a thorough walk through of a property, inside and out.  Detailed notes are taken for the benefit of both stager and home owner.

After the walk through and note taking, the stager and client  form a team and discuss the resultant recommendations. The detailed notes are left with the home owner. The recommendations can be small or large scale and are all made to neutralize the home and to highlight its positive features. 

Recommendations may include prepacking accessories and artwork so that prospective buyers focus on the space and not on what is in the space.   Fresh paint, carpet  and window cleaning,  closet organization, the moving of furniture from one room to another as well as other suggestions may also be on the recommended ' to do'  list .

There is a flat fee for the consult.  Some Realtors® pay for part or all  of the consult fee.
