Step 3: Showcasing - The Icing on the Cake

This step, known as Showcasing , involves  creativity, inventiveness, space awareness,  design savvy and  lifestyle knowledge. The house is dressed to sell.

Furniture is rearranged, accessories are placed, artwork is hung.  Showcasing done properly  draws in buyers  before they enter the front door  and  keeps  them wanting to taste more as they move from room to room.

We have an inventory of hard and soft furnishings that can be rented on a 30 day renewable basis.

The cost of the prep work  and showcasing, when carried out by Rave Re:view, is dependent  upon the size of the property  and  the amount of work that is done.
