We had Rave Review stage one listing in particular for us and we were ecstatic about the results.  The home sold within 3 days of listing it and for 99.68% of the asking price.  I am absolutely positive that this home would have taken a lot longer to sell and the price negotiated would have been much lower if we had put the home on the market without Joanne coming in and making changes to the home.
